All Imaging Services customers are required to sign the Imaging Services Agreement. This document defines roles and responsibilities and establishes an agreement between IT Shared Services and the functional department.
Tiers of Service
Current Imaging Services customers are split into three tiers. These tiers are defined below as well as in the Imaging Service Agreement.
Basic
For departments who want to get started with digital archiving. This level features a limited scope with 1-2 drawers and no business process architecture.
Advanced
This tier adds the ability to automate and manage your documents with workflows, custom properties, annotations, and version control.
Professional
At the professional tier, your department has the training and tools to build and manage your document-based business processes as your department changes over time.
