LinkedIn Learning is provided free of charge to UNT System faculty, staff, and students. You can browse through more than 10,000 courses. With the upgrade, in addition to the English library, you have our multi-language access for courses in - German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, and Portuguese.
Through the video-based instructions faculty, staff, and students can learn new business technology and creative skills. Each course is a series of short videos, so users can learn at their own pace and on their own time. All videos are viewable on computers or via LinkedIn Learning’s mobile app for iPhone, iPad or Android. For a great overview, watch the How to Use LinkedIn Learning course. LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform that helps anyone learn business, technology, and creative skills taught by industry experts. LinkedIn Learning offers over 6,000 online video courses, all of which are available to faculty, staff, and students. Courses can be accessed from your computer or mobile device.
You must be an active employee or student to use LinkedIn Learning. You can log into LinkedIn Learning in a couple of ways:
Login through the LinkedIn website:
Go to linkedin.com/learning. Select the Sign In button located at in the upper right corner. Select the “sign in with your organization portal” and enter your institutional affiliation. This will be untsystem.edu, or unt.edu, or untdallas.edu, or unthsc.edu depending on the location where you work or attend school. Select Continue. This will direct you to the UNT System LinkedIn portal. Login with your EUID and password. Start your learning experience.
Login through the LinkedIn Learning mobile app:
Open the LinkedIn Learning app on your mobile device. Select the “Sign in with your organization portal” tab. Enter your institutional affiliation. This will be untsystem.edu, unt.edu, untdallas.edu, or unthsc.edu depending on the where you work or attend school. Select the “Sign in with our organization portal” button. Enter your EUID and password credentials. After your credentials are accepted, you will enter the LinkedIn site. Start your learning experience.
The log in process is different depending on which LinkedIn account you linked to your LinkedIn Learning portal.
If your LinkedIn account is associated with your UNT email:
- Select Log in with your organization account.
- Enter your UNT email.
- After being redirected to the SSO page, log in with your current EUID and password.
- Log in once more with your UNT email and password to access LinkedIn Learning.
If your LinkedIn account is associated with your personal email:
- Select Log in with your organization email.
- Enter your UNT email.
- After being redirected to the SSO page, log in with your current EUID and password.
- Log in once more with your personal email and password associated with your current LinkedIn account.
For the optimal LinkedIn Learning experience on desktop, LinkedIn Learning supports the current and previous two releases of the following browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Safari
- Chrome
- Opera
Each time a new browser version is released, LinkedIn Learning begins supporting that version along with the last two supported versions.
Important: Using older browser versions can prevent you from accessing LinkedIn Learning, and some site features won't function as expected. Using the latest browsers also provide better encryption and privacy support.

No. Once you've been authenticated as a current student, staff, or faculty member, you can access LinkedIn Learning from any internet-connected computer with an up-to-date browser. You can also use LinkedIn Learning on mobile devices using the LinkedIn Learning app.
