The Enterprise Application Support Team (or EAST) is responsible for maintaining all other enterprise applications. These applications include Perceptive Content, SAS, Cognos, and Sunapsis. EAST works with the functional application owners to coordinate and install application upgrades and updates, and any needed updates or configuration changes to the application infratructure. The team also works closely with other support teams in System IT to ensure that the operating systems are regularly patched, and performing optimally.
