UNT System Cybersecurity is responsible for overseeing implementation and monitoring of the UNT System Information Security Program. UNT System Cybersecurity is comprised of Business Information Security Officers for each institution and the Security Operations team.
The UNT System Security Operations team serves as the front line for detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats across the organization. Security Operations works collaboratively to protect enterprise systems, data, and users. They provide continuous operational coverage and act as a centralized function for security monitoring and response.
From security event analysis and management to incident response, UNT System Cybersecurity protects the digital assets of the UNT System Enterprise ensuring rapid analysis, prioritization, and user engagement to reduce risk and minimize operational disruption.
